Deskify 이용약관 (최종 사용자 사용권 계약)

이 약관은 Deskify 앱(Android, Windows 및 이후 나오는 모든 판)과 그에 딸린 클라우드 동기화, 기기 간 파일·글 전송, 무료 체험, 유료 이용권 등(이하 "서비스")을 이용하는 조건을 정합니다. 서비스를 만들고 운영하는 사람(이하 "운영자")과 서비스를 이용하는 사람(이하 "사용자") 사이에 적용됩니다.
1. 동의
앱을 설치하거나, 실행하거나, 구글 계정으로 로그인하면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용하지 말고 앱을 지워 주세요.
2. 사용권
운영자는 사용자에게 서비스를 이 약관에 따라 이용할 수 있는, 양도할 수 없고 독점적이지 않은 권리를 줍니다. 무료로 쓰는 판(무료판)은 개인적이고 비상업적인 용도로만 쓸 수 있습니다. 회사·기관의 업무나 돈을 받고 하는 일(고객 PC 지원, 서버 관리 대행 등)에 쓰려면 Pro 이용권(구독 또는 평생 이용권)이 필요합니다. 앱의 저작권과 그 밖의 권리는 운영자(오픈소스 구성 요소는 각 저작권자)에게 있습니다. 사용자는 앱을 역설계·디컴파일·변조하거나 자동화된 도구(AI 포함)로 분석하거나, 유료 기능·기기 수 제한 같은 보호 장치를 우회하거나, 앱을 다시 배포·판매해서는 안 됩니다.
3. 원격 접속은 권한이 있는 컴퓨터에만
Deskify는 사용자가 자신이 소유하거나, 소유자 또는 관리자에게 명시적으로 허락받은 컴퓨터와 서버에 접속하기 위한 도구입니다. 사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 권한 없이 다른 사람의 컴퓨터·서버·네트워크에 접속하거나 접속을 시도하는 행위 (정보통신망법상 침해 행위 포함)
- 다른 사람의 계정·비밀번호·키를 몰래 얻거나 쓰는 행위
- 상대가 모르게 화면·입력·파일을 감시하거나 빼내는 행위
- 악성 프로그램을 퍼뜨리거나, 시스템을 망가뜨리거나, 서비스를 방해하는 행위
- 저작권 등 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하거나, 법령을 어기는 그 밖의 모든 행위
4. 사용자의 책임
사용자는 접속하는 대상에 대한 정당한 권한을 스스로 확인하고, 자신의 계정과 비밀번호·키·기기를 안전하게 관리하며, 중요한 데이터를 스스로 백업해야 합니다. 서비스로 무엇을 하는지, 그 결과가 무엇인지는 사용자가 책임집니다.
사용자가 이 약관이나 법령을 어기거나 서비스를 다른 사람에게 피해를 주는 데 써서 운영자가 제3자로부터 청구·소송·조사 등을 받게 되면, 사용자는 자신의 비용과 책임으로 이를 해결하고 운영자가 입은 손해(합리적인 변호사 비용 포함)를 배상해야 합니다.
5. 서비스의 제공과 변경
운영자는 서비스를 계속 개선하며, 기능을 바꾸거나 멈출 수 있습니다. 클라우드 동기화와 기기 간 전송은 Google Firebase 등 외부 서비스를 쓰므로, 그 장애나 정책 변경으로 일시적으로 쓸 수 없을 수 있습니다. 한 계정으로 동기화할 수 있는 기기는 폰·태블릿·PC를 합쳐 5대이고, 기기를 빼는 것은 30일에 3번까지입니다.
6. 유료 서비스
구독과 평생 이용권은 Google Play 결제로 판매되며, 결제·해지·환불은 Google Play의 정책과 관련 법령을 따릅니다. 구독은 해지하기 전까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
7. 보증의 부인
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 운영자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서, 서비스가 중단이나 오류 없이 동작한다거나, 특정 목적에 맞는다거나, 데이터가 잃어버려지지 않는다는 등의 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다.
8. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대한의 범위에서, 운영자는 다음에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 서비스를 이 약관이나 법령에 어긋나게, 또는 다른 사람에게 피해를 주는 데 써서 생긴 모든 손해와 분쟁
- 사용자의 계정·비밀번호·키·기기 관리 소홀로 생긴 손해
- 사용자와 제3자(접속한 컴퓨터의 소유자를 포함) 사이의 분쟁
- 통신 장애, 외부 서비스의 장애, 천재지변 등 운영자가 막을 수 없는 사유로 생긴 손해
- 간접 손해, 특별 손해, 결과적 손해, 이익의 상실, 데이터의 손실
어떤 경우에도 운영자의 배상 책임은 손해가 생긴 날 직전 12개월 동안 사용자가 서비스에 실제로 낸 금액을 넘지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해에는 이 조항의 제한이 적용되지 않습니다.
9. 이용 제한과 해지
사용자가 이 약관을 어기면 운영자는 미리 알리지 않고 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 계정의 클라우드 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 운영자는 법령에 따른 수사기관 등의 적법한 요청에 협조할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든지 앱을 지우고 계정 삭제를 요청해 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다.
10. 약관의 변경
운영자는 필요하면 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 시행 7일 전(사용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 이 페이지와 앱에 알립니다. 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
11. 준거법과 관할
이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 서비스와 관련한 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Deskify Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)
Effective: October 26, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Deskify apps (Android, Windows and any later edition) and the cloud sync, transfer between devices, free trial and paid plans that come with them (the "Service"), between the person who makes and runs the Service (the "Operator") and you.
1. Agreement
By installing or running the app, or signing in with a Google account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service and uninstall the app.
2. License
You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. The free edition is for personal, non-commercial use only; using the Service for the work of a company or organization, or for paid work (supporting customers' PCs, managing servers for others and the like), requires a Pro plan (a subscription or the lifetime license). The app and its rights belong to the Operator (open-source parts to their authors). You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify or analyse the app with automated tools (including AI), get around paid features or the device limit, or redistribute or sell it.
3. Remote access only where you are allowed
Deskify is a tool for reaching computers and servers that you own or are explicitly permitted to use by their owner or administrator. You must not: access or try to access anyone's computer, server or network without authorization; obtain or use others' accounts, passwords or keys; watch or take screens, input or files without the other person knowing; spread malware, damage systems or disrupt services; infringe others' rights or break any law.
4. Your responsibility
You confirm your right to access each target, keep your account, passwords, keys and devices safe, and back up your own data. What you do with the Service, and its results, is your responsibility. If your breach of these terms or the law, or your use of the Service to harm others, brings any claim, suit or investigation against the Operator, you will resolve it at your own cost and indemnify the Operator for the resulting loss, including reasonable legal fees.
5. The Service and changes
The Operator keeps improving the Service and may change or stop features. Sync and transfer rely on outside services such as Google Firebase and may be unavailable at times. One account syncs at most five devices (phones, tablets and PCs together), and devices can be removed three times in 30 days.
6. Paid plans
Subscriptions and lifetime plans are sold through Google Play; payment, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play's policies and the law. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the Operator gives no express or implied warranty that it will run without interruption or error, fit a particular purpose, or never lose data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Operator is not liable for: any loss or dispute arising from use of the Service against these terms or the law, or to harm others; loss caused by careless handling of your account, passwords, keys or devices; disputes between you and third parties, including owners of computers you reach; loss from network failures, outside service outages, natural disasters or other causes beyond the Operator's control; indirect, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. In any case the Operator's liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the 12 months before the loss. These limits don't apply to loss caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence.
9. Suspension and termination
If you breach these terms the Operator may limit your use of the Service or delete your account's cloud data without notice, and may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app and requesting account deletion.
10. Changes to these terms
The Operator may change these terms, announcing the change and its date on this page and in the app 7 days ahead (30 days for changes against you). Using the Service after that date means you accept the changed terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes go to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
