Deskify 계정과 데이터 삭제

Deskify(개발자: Deskify)는 앱 자체 회원가입이 없습니다. 무료 체험이나 클라우드 동기화를 위해 구글 계정으로 로그인한 경우에만 계정 정보가 서버에 남습니다. 아래 방법으로 삭제할 수 있습니다.

삭제 요청 방법

앱에서(즉시): Android 앱은 설정 → 상단 계정 아이콘(내 계정) → 계정 삭제, Windows용 Deskify는 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제를 누릅니다. 삭제는 바로 처리되고 모든 기기에서 로그아웃됩니다.
메일로: 로그인에 쓴 구글 계정의 메일로 support.deskify@gmail.com에 제목 "Delete my Deskify account"로 메일을 보내 주세요. 요청을 받은 뒤 30일 안에 삭제하고 메일로 알려 드립니다.

계정을 삭제해도 Google Play 구독은 해지되지 않습니다. 구독은 Google Play → 구독에서 직접 해지해 주세요.

삭제되는 데이터

구글 로그인 정보: 이메일 주소와 계정 식별 번호
클라우드 동기화 데이터: 암호화된 컴퓨터 정보, 포트 포워딩, 단축키, 매크로, 태그, 스트림덱 버튼, OTP 항목, 동기화 기기 목록, 동기화 키, 하루 단위 사용 횟수
구매 확인 기록(Google Play 구매 토큰)
기기 간 연결 정보(푸시 토큰·기기 이름)

보관되는 데이터

무료 체험 사용 기록(계정 식별 번호, 체험 시작 시각, 기기 식별값의 해시): 체험 중복 사용을 막기 위해 삭제 후 최대 1년 보관하고, 그 뒤 자동으로 지웁니다. 따로 둔 기기 기록은 체험 시작 1년 뒤 지웁니다. 이메일이나 이름은 포함되지 않습니다.
결제 기록(계정 식별 번호, 상품, 일시, 금액): 전자상거래법에 따라 5년 동안 보관합니다. 이메일이나 이름은 포함되지 않습니다.
Google Play 구매 기록은 Google이 보관하며, Google Play에서 관리됩니다.

계정은 두고 데이터만 지우기

클라우드 동기화 데이터만 지우고 싶으시면 앱의 내 계정 → 클라우드 데이터 삭제를 누르세요(계정과 구매는 그대로 남습니다). 메일로는 같은 주소에 제목 "Delete my Deskify sync data"로 보내 주시면 됩니다. 동기화를 쓸 수 있는 기간이 끝나고 12개월 동안 어느 기기에서도 쓰지 않은 계정의 동기화 데이터는 자동으로 지웁니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 지우거나 앱 정보에서 데이터를 삭제하면 모두 사라집니다.

Delete your Deskify account and data

Deskify (developer: Deskify) has no sign-up of its own. Account data exists on our server only if you signed in with Google for the free trial or cloud sync. You can delete it as follows.

How to ask

In the app (immediate): on Android, Settings → account icon at the top (My account) → Delete account; in Deskify for Windows, Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion happens right away and signs you out on every device.
By email: write to support.deskify@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, subject "Delete my Deskify account". We delete it within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.

Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it yourself in Google Play → Subscriptions.

What is deleted

Google sign-in details: email address and account ID
Cloud sync data: encrypted computers, port forwards, shortcuts, macros, tags, Stream Deck buttons, OTP entries, the list of synced devices, the sync key and the daily usage counts
Purchase verification record (Google Play purchase token)
Device-to-device connection details (push token and device name)

What is kept

The free-trial record (account ID, trial start time and a hash of the device identifier) is kept for up to one year after deletion so the trial cannot be taken again, then deleted automatically; the separate device record goes a year after the trial started. It holds no email or name.
Payment records (account ID, product, time, amount) are kept for five years as Korean e-commerce law requires. They hold no email or name.
Google Play purchase records are kept and managed by Google.

Delete data but keep the account

To delete only the cloud sync data, tap My account → Delete cloud data in the app (the account and purchases stay), or email the same address with the subject "Delete my Deskify sync data". Sync data of an account whose sync allowance has ended and that no device has used for 12 months is deleted automatically. Data stored on the device is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in App info.
