Refund policy

시행일 2026-10-26. 이 정책은 Deskify 웹사이트에서 결제한 Pro 구독, 동기화 구독, 평생 이용권에 적용됩니다. Google Play에서 결제한 경우에는 Google Play의 환불 정책을 따릅니다.

Effective 2026-10-26. This policy covers the Pro subscription, the sync subscription and the lifetime license bought on the Deskify website. Purchases made on Google Play follow Google Play's refund policy.

1. 구독

첫 결제는 결제 후 48시간 안에 요청하거나, 7일 안에 요청하면서 그동안 Pro 기능을 쓰지 않았다면 전액 환불합니다. Pro 기능을 쓰기 시작한 뒤에는 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상(전자상거래법 제17조 제2항) 청약철회가 제한되며, 이 경우 환불하지 않습니다. 갱신 결제는 갱신일로부터 7일 안에, 그 기간에 Pro 기능을 쓰지 않았다면 전액 환불합니다. 해지는 언제든 할 수 있고, 해지하면 이미 낸 기간이 끝날 때까지 그대로 쓸 수 있으며 더는 결제되지 않습니다. 결제하기 전에 7일 무료 체험으로 먼저 써 보실 수 있습니다.

A first payment is refunded in full when asked within 48 hours, or within 7 days if the Pro features were not used. Once the Pro features are in use, digital content can't be withdrawn from and no refund is given. A renewal is refunded in full when asked within 7 days of the renewal date and the Pro features were not used in that period. You can cancel at any time; the paid period runs to its end and nothing is charged after that. The 7-day free trial lets you try Pro before paying.

결제 후 48시간 안에 요청하거나, 7일 안에 요청하면서 Pro 기능을 쓰지 않았다면 전액 환불합니다. 환불되면 Pro 기능은 무료판으로 돌아갑니다.

3. 환불은 계정당 한 번

환불은 구글 계정 하나에 한 번만 해 드립니다. 이미 환불을 받은 계정의 다음 결제는 환불하지 않습니다(관련 법령이 정한 경우는 예외).

Refunds are given once per Google account. Later purchases on an account that already had a refund are not refunded (except where the law requires).

Refunded in full when asked within 48 hours, or within 7 days if the Pro features were not used. After a refund, Pro features return to the free edition.

4. 요청 방법

결제 영수증의 Paddle 링크에서 바로 요청하거나, 결제한 구글 계정으로 로그인한 채 앱 안의 설정 → 문제 해결 → 보고서 보내기로 보내 주세요. 영업일 기준 3일 안에 처리하며, 환불은 결제 수단으로 돌아갑니다(카드사에 따라 5~10일).

Ask from the Paddle link in your receipt, or from inside the app: Settings → Troubleshooting → Send a report, signed in with the Google account that paid. Requests are handled within 3 business days; the money goes back to the payment method (5–10 days depending on the card issuer).

웹 결제는 판매 대행사 Paddle.com Market Ltd(영국)가 판매자(Merchant of Record)로서 결제·세금·영수증·환불을 처리합니다. 결제 내역은 Paddle의 영수증 이메일에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Web purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (UK) as the merchant of record, which handles payment, taxes, receipts and refunds. Your purchases are listed in Paddle's receipt e-mails.
